Hyundai Ioniq Plug-In Hybrid offers efficient leadership to its rivals. For the 2022 model year, Hyundai offers Ioniq in hybrid or plug-in hybrid power trains. No other changes are made this year. Hyundai Ioniq Plug-In Hybrid is an eco-friendly and user-friendly vehicle whose interior is made from sustainable materials and has a roster of desirable standard features. It competes with Kia Niro, Toyota Prius, Nissan Leaf, and Chevy Bolt. Hyundai offers Ioniq Plug-In Hybrid in three variants: SE, SEL, and Limited. Hyundai Ioniq Plug-In Hybrid SEL is the basic trim level of this model. It is powered by a 1.6L GDI DOHC 16-valve inline 4-cylinder engine paired with 6-speed EcoShift® Dual Clutch Transmission with SHIFTRONIC. The engine produces 104 @ 5700 RPM Horsepower and gives 109 @ 4000 RPM Torque. Front-wheel drive is the only drive train available in this model. SEL is equipped with a 1.6L engine and Front-Wheel Drive; it produces 52 combined MPG. Hyundai Ioniq Plug-In Hybrid SEL has an acceleration of 0-60 mph in about 8.9 seconds, and its top speed is capped at 120 mph. This elegant compact sedan also comes with a fair number of safety features and a decent infotainment suite. The standard infotainment suite includes an 8-inch touchscreen display audio, Wireless Android Auto & Apple CarPlay, and a 7-inch LCD instrument cluster display.
