GMC Terrain SLE FWD 2022
For the 2022 model year, the Terrain receives a styling refresh. The updates Terrain gets this year includes a revised grille and front bumper, new LED headlamps and taillamps, fresh 18- and 19-inch wheel designs, updated upholstery, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto functionality. GMC has dropped SL trim for its Terrain model and assed a new trim named AT4. the previously-optional turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine is also replaced with the turbo 1.5-liter mill. It competes against the Mazda CX-5, Mazda CX-50, Volkswagen Tiguan, Kia Sportage, Hyundai Tucson, and GMC Terrain.
Performance
Terrain is offered in SLE, SLT, AT4, and Denali trims. The Terrain SLE is powered by a 1.5L Turbo 4-cylinder engine paired with 9-Speed Automatic Transmission. The engine produces 170 bhp @ 5600 rpm Horsepower and gives 203 nm @ 2000-4000 rpm Torque. It is offered both in Front-Wheel Drive and Four-Wheel Drive. Its top speed is capped at 120 MPH and accelration is 0-60 MPH in about 9.3 secs. The 5-seater SUV has a fuel tank capacity of 14.9 Gal.
