Nissan said that Armada is built to take adventurers to a new height. Its tough construction, impressive Power, and adaptive utility make it enough to tackle what lies ahead. Nissan has made major design and tech changes in Armada last year; that's why this year, no major changes can be seen. Armada 2021 was modified by getting a handsome facelift and a handful of new tech features, so the 2022 model year is mostly a carryover. Nissan offers Armada in five trim levels: S, SV, SL, Platinum, and Midnight Edition. Armada Midnight Edition is powered by a 5.6-liter DOHC 32-valve V8 engine paired with a 7-speed automatic transmission with manual shift mode and Downshift Rev Matching. The engine produces 400 hp @ 5,800 rpm horsepower and gives 413 lb-ft of torque @ 4,000 rpm. This full-size SUV is offered in two drivetrain types: All-Wheel Drive and Front-Wheel Drive. Armada Midnight Edition FWD gives a fuel economy of 14 MPG in the city and 19 MPG on the highway. This Armada trim features impressive black styling inside and out that makes you stand out in any crowd. These features include Black lower center bumper fascias, 20" 12-spoke aluminum-alloy wheels, Black grille, Power heated and folding black outside mirrors with LED turn signal indicators, Black rear finisher, Silky carbon interior trim, Black exterior badging, Black interior trim and headliner, Black roof rails, Midnight Edition® Floor Mats, and Carpeted Cargo Area Protector. These features are exclusive to the Midnight Edition.
