Hyundai has updated its Santa Fe model by adding a Plug-In Hybrid powertrain. The brand redesigned this model last year; that’s why it comes with minor changes this year. If we talk about its style, its interior styling is much more attractive than its busy body. Hyundai offers Santa Fe Plug-in Hybrid in two trim levels: SEL Convenience, Limited. This SUV makes the SUV body type more versatile because it carries a five-person seating capacity that increases the space between both rows. Let’s have a look at its Limited trim. Santa Fe Plug-in Hybrid Limited brings an Inline 4-cylinder turbo Plug-in Hybrid Gasoline Direct Injection engine paired with a 6-speed automatic with SHIFTRONIC transmission. The engine produces 178 @ 5500 @ RPM Horsepower and 195 @ 1500-4500 Torque. All-Wheel Drive is standard for all the Plug-in Hybrid versions of Santa Fe, and there is no option to select Front-Wheel Drivetrain for Plug-in Hybrid trims. This is the only trim of the Santa Fe Plug-in Hybrid that comes with leather seating. The main infotainment system feature of Plug-in Hybrid Limited includes a 10.25-inch touchscreen navigation & traffic flow including incident data via HD Radio™ (HERE), Wired Android Auto™ & Apple CarPlay®, Surround View Monitor, and Blind-Spot View Monitor. It also carries some standard safety features, including Lane Keeping Assist (LKA), Smart Cruise Control (SCC) with Stop & Go, Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist (BCA), Hillstart Assist Control (HAC), Parking Distance Warning – Forward and Reverse, Remote Smart Parking Assist (RSPA).
