The 2027 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1X 3LZ Convertible is expected to be an evolution of Chevrolet’s hybrid hypercar platform, building on the groundbreaking 2026 ZR1X electrified AWD system producing 1,250 horsepower from a twin-turbo 5.5-liter LT7 V8 and front electric drive unit.
For 2027, incremental improvements in software tuning, cooling efficiency, and battery output could increase combined output to around 1,300 horsepower, potentially lowering acceleration to around 1.8 seconds for 0–60 mph and high-8-second quarter-mile performance. The 2026 ZR1X already demonstrated sub-2-second acceleration and sub-9-second quarter-mile capability, leaving room for further refinement.
The 3LZ trim remains the most luxurious configuration, featuring Napa leather upholstery, heated and ventilated seats, Bose Performance Series audio, a full leather interior, and advanced performance telemetry systems, combining hypercar performance with premium comfort.
