Hyundai have made an update in its Santa Fe model by adding Plug-In Hybrid powertrain. The brand redesigned this model last year; that’s why it comes with minor changes this year. If we talk about its style, its interior styling is much more attractive than its busy body. Hyundai offers Santa Fe Hybrid in three trim levels: Blue, SEL Premium, Limited. This SUV makes the SUV body type more versatile because it carries seating capacity of five persons that increases the space between both rows. Santa Fe Hybrid Blue carries an Inline 4-cylinder Turbo 1.6L Gasoline Direct Injection engine that is paired with 6-speed automatic with SHIFTRONIC transmission. The engine produces 178 @ 6000 @ RPM Horsepower and 195 lb.-ft. @ 4000 RPM Torque. All-Wheel Drive is standard for all the hybrid versions of Santa Fe and there is no option to select Front- Wheel Drivetrain for hybrid trims. The 5-passenger crossover gives a fuel efficiency of 36 mpg in city and 31 mpg on highway. This is only trim of Santa Fe hybrid that comes with cloth seating. The main infotainment system feature of Hybrid Blue includes 8-inch color touchscreen, Wireless Android Auto™ & Apple CarPlay®, and Dual front/rear 2.1-amp USB outlets (1x power/data & 3x power). It also carries some standard safety features including Lane Keeping Assist (LKA), Smart Cruise Control (SCC) with Stop & Go, Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist (BCA), Hillstart Assist Control (HAC).
